What is The Robin Hood Club in Plymouth?

I've just had a great week-end in Plymouth. It's really good around the Barbican area. Is anyone on from Plymouth? Anyway, we ended up in a pub called Admiral McBrides. The barman was the most miserable tw4t you could wish to meet. We didn't let that spoil anything though.
As we were going back to our digs, a bloke came up to us and said we should continue the night in a place called The Robin Hood Club. We didn't take up his offer. Does anyone know what it's like in that place? We went past it but it looked decidedly dodgy!
