Not asking for an answer but saw a response to this question before Easter.
82. I now know it is an anagram but please could you tell me which words I have to get the ten letters from, i.e. prowls not a or disaster as. At the moment I cannot see the light.

The words forming the anagram:

prowls not a

and the chances are you will never have heard of them anyway! However when you get an answer, give it a google and see what you come up with
I have tried the anagrams in 45 and 55 but they have really got me stumped
stuck on 45, but 55 is an anagram of 3 out of first four words.
Trains are not the ones that run on railway lines.
For 45 try an anagram of are with a 3 letter word for wet earth.
