Teacher has it .....scrub the rubbish I just gave you !!
These sort of clues are hard to define sometimes without seeing the actual grid .

4. Agree 'Dispense' . . . . When you discard something you dispense with it, e.g. 'I am going to dispense with this old car mat, I can do without it'
