Can anyone confirm that 23 down 'lovely if there's no rain round West building up' is 'dreamy' - it seems to be the only word that fits as I have d - e - m - (from last letters of 'sod', 'coterie' and 'iridium') but it doesn't seem to fit the clue! Help please! Many thanks in advance!

It is dreamy...Dry around Mae (West)
Yes it's good... The West (UPwards) is MAE West and of course you've got DRY round it.
You are right. No rain = dry and (Mae ) West
