Bhutan. It's actually a dialect of Tibet, next door, but the official language of Bhutan.

Thats what I had until I realised it had to start with the letter H. Sorry should have said.
The only countries beginning with 'H' are Haiti, Honduras and Hungary, none of which has natives speaking Dzongkha!
The only explanation, therefore, is that 'nation' in the query is not a reference to a country as such, but to a people. In the USA, they speak of the Sioux 'nation', for example. I had a glance at the Wikipedia web-pages on Bhutan and saw no reference to an ethnic group beginning with 'H' there.
Given the uniqueness of the word ' Dzongkha', I'd be extremely surprised to learn that Bhutan really was incorrect. However, we live and learn, so I hope you tell us what the answer the quiz-setter provided was in the end. Cheers
I am going for the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan and hoping that that is what the natives call it.
Weeks back I think I remember the quiz setter saying there had been some proof reading problems apparent with his quiz and this particular question was one of them. Good luck.
