Had to get up earlyish yesterday as was busy but it's Sunday morning and I've been awake tossing and turning since 6.30! Weekdays when I have to get up for work I use the snooze button several times.

I used to be able to have a lie in and wake up around 9 at weekends but now it's anything between 6 and 7.30. Does this happen to you?

sadly yes, i have been waking up between 4-5 am for the last few weeks, i have no reason to be awake at that hour, but its like an alarm clock goes off, i get up because i can't get back to sleep...
It's early sunrise now...so quite bright.
But I wake same time every day...between 8-8:30. Sometimes it's natural, sometimes it's the alarm.
i was sleeping through the night, since taking a new med, its become fractured. i can't stop taking the med, so go with the flow.
My fitbit tells me I'm restless up to 12 times a night...maybe with one loo trip. Always straight back to sleep.
nope only just got up
