seen answered as Holy Terror?
//a holy terror. A very troublesome, aggressive, or aggravating person; a person who is exasperatingly difficult in manner or behavior.//

A phrase I grew up hearing, often when referring to unruly children.
//a holy terror
informal someone, especially a child, who causes problems for other people//
I heard it a lot when I was a child.
'Holy terror' is recognised by the OED

as well as by Collins
https://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/holy-terror

and Merriam-Webster (among many others)
https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/holy%20terror

So it seems fine to me as answer here.
i suggested holy terror as it looks like a hole (holy) above terror
Is it not because the halo indicates holiness ??
think its the most plausable.
I think the Spanish Inquisition was a Holy Terror!
