hello the niner number/letter cipher is this one. i've gone through over 200 variations and none of them work. either i don't understand the rules or there is a mistake in this puzzle with one of the numbers assigned to a letter. i would like to know how to solve the puzzle. i'm really good at ciphers but this one has me crazy. thanks so much.
