Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I have a problem with submitting on line crosswords in that every time I complete a crossword and press the submit button the squares become black and grey.Anybody else have this problem?Any ideas as to why this is happening would be welcome.

Yes - I think this is a fairly recent feature, Danny - possibly to indicate that you've completed and submitted it...? Just in case you can't remember...

It does go through, though - for me at least.

Yes, it does. I was vaguely aware of it but it was only when you mentioned it that I realised something had changed. I think it's just "cosmetic" because it does appear to submit correctly.

Babs, by the way are you aware that, starting on Saturday, the Telegraph are giving prizes again:-

I didn't realise they'd stopped! I've just looked on the Prize Puzzles page (if those are the ones you mean) and they still seem to be doling them out (but not to you or me recently, unfortunately...!).
