Why was the above comment removed? It has been agreed that people can point out where questions are asked from a “no asking” quiz.

I agree it was pointed out recently that there had been no change in the guidelines so we can add this for those who won't answer and want to stick to what the setter has said

It is always the askers that are at fault completely ignoring with total disregard to the setter's rules of the quiz. I agree though, that if the ones that like to answer know the setter's request, they may think twice about answering. We can but hope!!
