This is a long shot.
Any one on AB a George Melley fan? I have enjoyed a concert at The Mill at Sonning where he sang a ballad about a American railroad engineer.I would dearly like to know the title of the song.
Sorry I don't recall any lyrics to assist at all. Any ideas please? Thank you.

The Ballad of Casey Jones?

Could be Baldric. I think I'll try to track (no pun intended) that one down. I just got a 30sec sample download from Amazon of Rairoad'in Man and it does not sound familiar. Many Thanks for that.
I'm sure it was available when I posted it.
How about this one?

Thanks Calibax.Got that loud and clear and think that was the rendition I was looking for. Wish I had bought George Melley's CDs of the concert at The Mill in Sonning when I watched him live. I love Trad Jazz and Mr Melley had a fantastic sense of humour. Great entertainer. Many thanks to you all for your help.
You're welcome :o)
