At my weigh in this morning I reached a milestone.
90% of excess weight lost meaning I only have 10 kilos to go.
So very happy.
I now weigh less than when I started dating my husband.

Thank you Rowan, that 10% that you are close to is a massive milestone in its self though. Its the most important 10% as its a massive improvement to your health.

lol Rocky never - those days are so far behind me that they are covered in cobwebs!
Spath, I had bariatric surgery with 80% of my stomach removed.
I can't imagine how it must feel to lose that much weight. Congratulations and I hope you can get back into horse riding when you feel ready.
