for 2 the song is very old but the version you want is from early 1970s. A bit of thought about the title in the title and you should soon get this with the help of Google

Maybe I was lucky. One letter of the song title seemed pretty obvious. I worked out the likely song title in about 10 seconds - then another 10 seconds to find who recorded it. Maybe you are thinking along the wrong lines

Whilst the odd few of us will answer, the majority of us won't answer when/if we know that the setter has stipulated no internet asking. Can see their point in that it degrades their quix and potentially puts others off buying the quiz if they know answers are already being given.
