There are five rings, four movable.
The centre had L in the middle.
Next ring has the numbers:- 13,8,16,19,0,2 written in it.
Next ring has:-10,12,21,9,18,29 on it.
Next ring has:-3,15,4,20,6,1 on it.
The last ring has:-7,10,23,22,17,5 on.
You have to turn each ring until they all total 50.
Anyone know the answer?

Do you mean the four rings have to total 50?

Sorry numbers wrong.
L equals 50 in centre.
First ring is:-13,2,6,1,16,8.
Second ring:-17,22,10,0,18,5.
Third ring:-9,21,12,15,39,7.
Fourth ring:-23,10,19,20,4,3.
