I'm struggling with qustion 82) Turning cartwheel, chap had it for delivering shop goods.
I'm wondering if the first word is Jack the Ripper area, and if so, and it's Road, why?
I think there was a market, but not sure that helps with the delivering goods part of the clue.

The anagram should also include "cart".
Whitechapel Waste is a market.
I think it is Whitechapel Carts and the clue should read " turning cartwheel(S)........
