As of summer 2012, which airlines operate all four variants of the Airbus narrow-body family, and which airline is scheduled to be next to join them?

Have done a long trawl on the web for this one but nothing so far - thanks for any help!

The airline that has the four variants would be BA (summer 2012 in the question is significant as BA inherited some variants from BMI). Not sure who`s going to join them though.
