Last week seemed to go very well with lots of points for lots of people.
Seekeerz is giving me a break this month so she was scoring as well as setting the MM links alongside her scoring for the KM Game. It is just as well she is an early bird, but just don't expect the results bang on 7pm this month. Thank you seekeerz.

Last week. Handbaglady asked what is 'The Shrubbery'? I am not sure whether she saw my answer. So for her, and anyone else wondering:
This thread is the shrubbery. It was given that name by Crofter many years ago.
It is where players used to meet up for R & R before the two big games in the morning.
Sadly it is now getting rather neglected and overgrown.

The KM Game, based on the Daily Telegraph GK crosswords, starts early Saturday morning in Q&P overseen by seekeerz. Play anytime over the weekend.

The other game is the MM version that one of our own players sets. This month the challenge is being set by Seekeerz.
Be sure to look for it in Q&P at precisely 9:00am (with an introduction posted 15 mins earlier). Play early in that game to have the best chance of bonus points.

Anyone can join in so why not have a go tomorrow?
Until then,
Happy Linking

It has been such glorious weather the last three days and I have taken so many photographs that I am getting behind in my processing. I will therefore abandon this thread for a couple of hours but I will look in again later this evening.

A week ago, was 'The Great Butterfly count' and it was cold, wet, windy, foggy - in fact everything that deters butterflies from flying.
Just typical - now the count is over, they have all come out to play - many of them rather tattered from all that harsh weather.

With all the lack of weeding, there may even be butterflies in the shrubbery as well - who knows?
Evening all...hope you have all had a good week.
Been in Lytham for a few days, and it was beautiful.
We also have a few butterflies in the garden now - a holly blue and a small copper the other day, and a peacock yesterday and today. But nothing compared with one glorious year in the 90s - forget which one exactly - when I counted 17 different types, and most of those in large numbers.
I wasn't aware of the butterfly count.
