Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Our new quiz is now available for you to buy at £1.00 per sheet. This latest quiz is entitled 'Great British Cities'.

The first prize on offer is £25.00 with two smaller consolation prizes to be drawn at random from all entries submitted, whether all-correct or not.

Forty clues, some cryptic, will hopefully guide you to the names of officially designated cities around Great Britain.

The closing date is Saturday, 26th January, 2013.

Please send £1.00 (cheques payable to St. Guthlac's Ladies' Guild) and a stamped addressed envelope to:-

Hello tiffy. Thank you for sending a cheque & s.a.e.

We sold 995 copies of the last quiz which only closed on 21st July. The draw was made on the following day. You can imagine what a mammoth task it was to deal with the large number of marked quiz entries we received back, answer sheets, & applications for the new quiz.

A very large number of envelopes were posted out yesterday, Tuesday 31st July, when all the marking etc. was finally completed. I expect your new quiz was among those.

If you do not receive your new quiz within a week, please contact me again on this thread. Give me your initials & postcode and I will investigate further to make sure that your application & cheque arrived safely. The closing date for this new quiz is in January of next year.

The two ladies have taken over from me & still have their L plates up. It is alot to learn and I do apologise on their behalf.
