Many thanks really appreciate both your help. X
This quiz doesn't close until 28 July. So, you had plenty of time to work out the answers yourself.
Crumbs - I wish we had a way of knowing which Quizzes have a long way to go, I wouldn't look to help answer them yet if I knew that.
Yes, this is the Deepings Lions Club 2012 quiz-The Silver Screen. No request that no help should be asked for but I agree with boysinblue68.
Re no1 there is another answer to that question ( at least I think so).The setters might let us know if either will be accepted as it states on the quiz sheet only one answer is correct for each question.
think of a racing driver chrissie ... ! x
Glad someone else came up with the other answer. I was going to let CHRISSIE4 figure it out for herself. You just need to think of laxatives and google to see if it's the title of a film.
///this is the first time I have asked a question on AB - I thought it was a friendly site - maybe I was wrong.

Oh dear boysinblue - you still whinging? Way back in 2007 you were moaning about AB yet you are still here.
Sorry,sir_prize, I don't know anything about boysinblue's previous posts. I just agreed that there was plenty of time to work out the aswer.CHRISSIE4 has done really well to work out all but two of the answers so quickly.
quinie - I fully agree with you. There is plenty of time to research this quiz. But it does become monotonous when the 'police' go on and on and on year after year.
Agreed.Must admit I get a wee bit annoyed but as boxtops pointed out we don't know the closing dates of the quizes unless we're doing them. A very sore point with some ABers it seems.I like to help but not if I know the closing date is months off.I just think that setters might be better to have a shorter closing date-five months is a bit too long.
sir.prize - as I have stated many times before, my username has nothing to do with the police - it is football related. As for going on and on, pot, kettle, etc. spring to mind looking at some of your previous comments/criticisms of other posts.
boysinblue - yes we are all aware of what you have stated many times. If you read my post closely you will see that I quoted the word police. Actually it was using the word under licence, as so is often the case on AB - where some people 'police' the site looking for something to moan about. Purely coincidental that your name popped up - again.
sir.pri - As in many of your other posts, sarcasm is the lowest form.............
boysinblue - but I am right - and that is the difference. Shouldn't you be on your evening 'beat' now?
Certainly top of the league in arrogance!
