Hello, I am choosing colour's for the house, all the walls are white, and kitchen doors are white, the worktop is dark grey granite but I could change to a beige swirly coloured top if needed (not ordered yet). But the beige granite has a very swirly pattern which I worry in huge pieces i.e a large worktop will look too much and over powering a pattern while the grey is all grey with crystallized pattern which isn't obvious unless you look.

This was all sorted, white doors, grey top, white walls, grey floor tile, and then I have very bright ascent colours.

But now I am finding it hard to get a grey floor tile I like. Would a natural beige marble design floor tile look right with a white door and grey top?

have you thought about using a slate or flag-stone floor
I've been putting these down in a pub this week, Mrs What.

I don't like the natural stone because its for 90 m2 and I couldn't clean all that in slate or flag often enough as it needs, and also I don't want anything that needs sealing to stop it soaking in grease and dirt, I am looking for a glazed tile as it is low maintenance.

ahhh but its a matt finish I like to slide round on gloss in socks... it saves on walking :) slides to the fridge

Amtico natural slate effect looks like the rreal stuff but is a nice warm vinyl
Could you not have red or terracotta floor to go with the white and grey of the rest? Just on a very personal note, I wouldn't have a gloss floor in a kitchen, just have to spill something and walk/slide on it and down you go ..hmmm.
