Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

MM & KM Link Games October 2011 Week 4

It is Shrubbery time once again, which means the MM & KM Links games will be launched tomorrow morning.

In the MM game, Shazza is a point ahead of DeeCee and Slaney with a host of followers so with two weeks still to go, it is anybody's guess who will top the leader-board at the end of the month. Optimise your chances by getting in early because in the MM game, bonus points only last for two minutes from the moment each link is first correctly guessed.
Be Prepared: The preamble is posted in Q&P at 8:45 tomorrow morning and the four challenge words will appear on the same thread at 9:00 precisely. All you have to do is guess 4 words (between 4 and 8 letters long) that goes with each challenge word to make a well-known word or phrase.

Dont forget our sister game, the KM Links based on Kate Mepham's GK crosswords in the Saturday/Monday Telegraph. That game is run by Seekeerz from Australia and kicks off at 7am. Don't worry about the early start there, the bonus points are not time-sensitive in that game.
The launch is a wee-bit dodgy still because Seekeerz is having internet connection problems, but rest assured, by hook or by crook, the game will start sometime tomorrow morning.

Isn't technology marvellous? I'm 500 miles from home and goodness knows how far from The Shrubbery (does anyone know?) but I just have to click on a button and 'Hey Presto' The Shrubbery gates are opened.
