Here is the October edition of the Quizzes and Puzzles round up. Below is a selection of quizzes for the next month.

Please add in any other quizzes you have to this thread in the usual way.

New Quiz - Proverbs and Sayings
All answers are well-known proverbs or sayings e.g. PGB a F = Pride goes before a fall. 100 questions in all. Price of quiz sheet is £2. First prize is £20 for most correct answers with a £10 prize for a 'lucky dip' draw of entries received. Closing date is: 12 December 2011.

I would also like to mention that there will be a Halloween quiz thread tomorrow in Chatterbank. Rowanwitch will be running it and it should kick off around 7pm.
