Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I have ?i???n? ?o??? (I'm stuck on last three.) 11a crosses these at the 4th letter in each. clue for this is 'charge writer without confidence' (5) ????e any help would be appreciated thankyou

I have realised that 11a letters are ??a?e (this x'word has coloured in letters to show a raf station the letters i have make it 'cranwell' the missing one being the 'a' their is a US writer called 'Crane' which as you suggest would give 'c' & 'e' thanks for your help I shall have to keep my thinking cap on a bit longer

please ignore last comment your suggestion of 'pence' is right it was the (n) I was missing not the (a) (been thinking to hard) I shall rank you with the other members you mentioned many many thanks

Yes, pence was okayish but it was a weak reference to 'charge'
Crane seems okay except that leaves RAN which isn't quite the same as charge- it would work though if the clue was 'charged'
