Ice cream won't freeze in the freezer!?

Hey all,

We are having ice cream issues! 4 times now we have bought ice cream from a shop, and it is not freezing in the freezer. When we take it out to have some, it is more like a mousse then ice cream and has not frozen properly. Everything else is freezing fine and staying frozen, just the ice cream.

Anyone any ideas why this may be as I am getting fed up of having to throw it away!

Ahh thank you very much!

Will be having a re jig of the freezer to find the ice cream a new home in there!
