getting my AB answers in e.mails

Hi folks, all of a sudden, out of the blue, I've started getting links to the answers to all the questions I've asked. I sort of think that I'd prefer not to get these. Can anyone tell me, please, how I can stop this? Or is this something that everyone gets now?

Chox, you must have clicked Subscribe in your OP box - that's the only way that you get notified if you have a response to your post. Go back to your original question and click Unsubscribe, that should do it.
I only get email notifications if I have chosen to Subscribe.
