Finished this, but is it OK to refer to Kubla Khan as an emir (1a)?

Coleridge's poem recalled this ruler

Emir - 'Rime (of the Ancient Mariner)' (recalled; back)

Question Author

Hi Lie-In. Yes of course I saw that but that was not my question. Is an emir an emperor or a prince?

Question Author

Ah sorry chum! I see now! I thought Kubla not Ancient Mariner. Silly me!

Bill, the clue refers to Coleridge's use of "rime" for "poem" & that an "emir" is a "ruler" - it's nothing to do with Khan's title.
