morning, Wednesday already, the week is flying by. I am Posting somewhat earlier as i can't get back to sleep. I hope that you are all as well as can be, and that your day is a good one. Do you have anything planned for today?

just a runny nose, it's mostly the cold weather that does it, knees are no better, though i did go out yesterday for lunch and the walk up to the pub was a bit hard going.

Noses shouldn't run.
Feet should.
But sometimes noses run and feet smell.

i get this because i am sensitive to the cold weather. Its a nuisance more than anything.

What plans do you have for today Em?

none at the moment, i don't like this cold, damp weather, it doesn't suit me at all. I might be in the rest of the week until perhaps saturday when i should be meeting up with a friend. Such an exciting life i lead...........

My turn tonight Em.
Crumbed lamb cutlets with buttery mash and rosemary flavoured gravy.
Mixed veg for Mrs Oz, baked beans for me.
It's good to have a valid reason for breaking wind;-)

Mac and cheese is good, sometimes I add stuff I discover in the fridge.
