Just two parsing queries :-
1) 1Ac : Jet following unseats Frenchman in spectacular rise (8) ?O?N?A?N. It looks like FOUNTAIN (Jet), whereby F (following) replaces M (Frenchman) in MOUNTAIN. But how does "spectacular rise" justify MOUNTAIN? I suspect I'm missing something.
2) 24Dn : Milk without flaws served up (3) T?P. All I can think of is TAP (for Milk), but I can't parse the rest.
