Three friends of mine have not received there £25 runners up prizes after waiting for 40 days or more. On this site a few weeks ago some complained and said they could not find how to contact the Sunday Express and someone came through with a number to ring, but I can't find it. Could anyone help with this, it would be much appreciated.

Thankyou Lie-in-King I will be ringing them tomorrow!
You're welcome & good luck :-)
I've won a number of times ! it can take at least 6 weeks especially as the postal system is currently so slow.
Yes I waited over 6 months when I won a competition in a weekly paper (a few decades ago to be fair), they said they sent all prizes out in one go just a couple of times a year. Something similar may happen here. Six weeks dont seem too long to worry about
I posted re this issue a couple of weeks ago . I have been awaiting a £25 cheque since my name appeared August 15th! After some difficulty I managed to get through to a Sunday Express phone number and was put through to Oliver Bray (0116 366 5165). He has informed me that the awarding of prizes for this competition was outsourced some time ago due to Covid. He admitted that it had not been a success and was in the final stages of sorting it out. He told me that all should be resolved and missing cheques would be posted very soon. I await the sound of the postman's footsteps with baited breath!
