Can I still use them? From 2020, unused.

yes if it just says 2nd rather than a price
I have recently used two first class ones older than that with no problems. Both letters were delivered.
You could use 2019s too if you still had them and there saying 2nd on them
//yes if it just says 2nd rather than a price//

You can still use them even if they have a price on them

Why wouldn't you be able to ?
If they have monetary amounts on them then it needs to add up to the current price of the stamp Baz.

1st/2nd you can use.
You could use penny blacks if you had enough of them!
My point is - if for example it has 50p on it and second class is now 70 p then all you would need to do is buy a 20 p stamp and put both stamps on the letter
Doing a sort out today, I found about a dozen 1rst class stamps I thought I'd lost. They must be 8-10 years old. Are they still usable? No price on them.
If it says 1st/2nd you can use them, yes.

What else would it say :-)

Thanks all. Prices gone up so not sure if I had to add to them.
