Saturday Is Anything Goes Day

Lunch a sandwich
Tea , Fish n chips with loads of batter , bread and butter

I'll start the diet on...Arh , whenever :0)))

Anything goes, so we went out in the snow for ice cream!

toast, then bacon sandwich for lunch, choice of meals for tea, as simply lost the heart for cooking, so ready meal it is. possibly duck in plum sauce with fried rice.

1 egg scrambled with a dusting of Red Leicester, lunch smoked salmon and avocado, dinner haggis neaps and tatties

Fish finger butty for breakfast. Cornish pasty for lunch. Gawd knows what for tea. I’m wearing the same clothes as yesterday and I slept in my t shirt.

And as The Sex Pistols sang “and we don’t caaaaaaaaaaaarree”.

Breakfast...2 decaf coffees with cream
Lunch...not sure yet, possibly some ham, salami, camembert and olives
Dinner...spicey wings and maybe an avocado and tomato salad with garlic mayo, mini cheesecake

not up to speed with cooking yet, its an uphill battle just to eat.

She's gradually getting better Emmie, I spoke to her yesterday , her husband is still in bed and manages the bathroom and that brings on a bout of coughing for him, she said she was going to maybe get him downstairs today for a change of scenery but doubts he'd be able to climb them to go back to bed, thanks for asking xx

I've not felt much like cooking lately, so I always have some meat, cheese, tinned fish etc that I can just throw on a plate.
