13d "Set aside enclosure to be evasive" - RING FENCE?

enclosure - ring, fence (as sitting on)
sat, reversed in demise, passing
13 enclosure=ring; fence can mean to be evasive.
To set aside something=ring fence
Both correct.

Demi[tas]se - passing = demise. sat backwards = held
A demitasse is a little cup

Ring = enclosure. Fence = be evasive
Ringfence = set aside
????
