Difficult grid today. Have to get the answers and fit them into the grid, so I have no letters for the clues below, of which there are quite a few!!
-eat heartily in Australia, ruining tie....oh no! (3,4)
-actor and dancer Simpson wearing bracelets (9)
- makeshift opener for England going in, looking fit (7)
-public school mate, about 13 or 15? (5,4)
- new exchange traded fund reportedly beats media services giant (7)
- in Paris one’s dining on ox tongue, finally left on the table (7)
- asses/ordinary horses transporting the Queen (7) - hackers?? Why?
-notice Ying ducking the ace of hearts? (7)

Help appreciated, with explanations please
TIA

- asses/ordinary horses transporting the Queen (7)

Hacks (ordinary horses) round ER
'Ordinary' everyday horses are known as 'hacks' - 'she is just an old hack' + ER for the Queen
-eat heartily in Australia, ruining tie....oh no! (3,4)

ONAGERS
Mikem004, I don't think that works - the previously given parsing for Hackers seems better.
-public school mate, about 13 or 15? (5,4)
Think of a famous public school. That's the first word...the second word should then be obvious.
ONAGERS = Asian asses
O = ordinary
NAGS = horses
ER = the Queen
Thanks, mikem004. From what the OP said, I was reading it that Hackers fitted in the grid.
I did the same, glad that is sorted.
Notice Ying...

Pla(Ying)-card
In Paris...

Uneaten - 'un' (dining on; containing) 'neat (ox) (tongu)e (finally)'
New exchange-traded fund...

Netflix - 'n(ew) E-T F' + 'lix' ("licks"; beats, reportedly)
Makeshift opener...

Interim - 'E(ngland)' (opener, in) 'in trim' (looking fit)
- in Paris one’s dining on ox tongue, finally left on the table (7)
UNEATEN, maybe? Not sure where the ox comes in, though.
Mike - look up ^^^^
So does ox = neat?

Thanks to all of you for your help. Got them all now, just need to fit them into the grid. Shame there’s no prizes this week because of the virus, but it’s certainly challenging the grey matter so providing (mental) exercise. Hope you’re all well . Regards, HH
