A nice implementation of a technique we have seen before - the clues were fairly tough but became easier once the theme and symmetry became apparent.

Thanks, Opsimath.

Very gentle - an undemanding start to the weekend - but nicely done, with some neat clues and well hidden extra words.

Thanks, Opsimath
A pleasant diversion, well constructed, but not really taxing
One of the quickest Listeners I've known. A pity as we could do with a real stinker whilst in isolation.

Thanks to the setter.

Yes, very gentle with a familiar theme which revealed itself quickly. Still, there were a few stinkers among the clues which meant this was no pushover. Thanks to Opsimath for the entertainment.
Very gentle as others have said, but still good fun. I enjoy puzzles like this where you have to work with the theme to fill the grid, as opposed to puzzles where the gridfill and endgame are separate tasks.

I too fancied a tougher one today, but hopefully more solvers will give the Listener a try during these troubled times, so perhaps an easier one is fitting.

Symmetry should have become apparent on reading the preamble, upsetter:)
A pleasant stroll. Slightly surprised that this would follow a not dissimilar puzzle so soon after. For anyone wanting tougher fare I have just renewed my subscription with the Magpie. Plenty to keep you busy there!
I was also surprised to see this puzzle so soon after a puzzle with a similar theme.

I was mildly disappointed with the endgame. I was expecting to be told to perform some interesting rearrangement of the thematic entries or squares, rather than, well. . . .
