odd because Scelsi would work if 6
Ah- there was Cesti too
23a looks like it should be "Imbrast" an anagram of "iambs sort" minus "so", but I cannot confirm!
Imbrast is an archaic term for imbrace which in turn is a alternative of embrace, which can mean included, so it is probably correct!
But where does the old poet come in?
And if it is Cesti where do the foundations come in? I must be a bit thick today!
Imbrast is a word that Spenser (old poet) used
Foes he have a music foundation named after him? I know Scelsi does
cest. Noun. (plural cests) (obsolete) A woman's girdle; ...a woman's foundation garment.
Cesti is plural of cestus - Latin for girdle (foundation garment)
Thanks for parsing both clues scorpiojo.
