Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I have -I-T-N, which definitely suggests LISTEN but how could this be litter?

It's a puzzler, either too obvious and will hit us or us or super obscure as clues go.

All I can see is the addition of the same letter gives 2 synonyms - G-listen & G-litter - but there's no provision for that in the clue...

I have just started this puzzle and spotted this question. With the letters provided, could the answer be "kitten"; a single kitten is possible in a litter?

Considered 'kitten' too but that still throws up problems.

Anyone found a definite solution to this one, yet?
Must be "listen", but the clue does not point to this.
If not, I'll put it down as yet another FT crosword typo.

lets split the difference. it must be Milton. One we're forced to pay attention to but who is littered with quotes (alternately belongs on the bottom of the cat-box)
