Play opposite male, missing a knight finally captured by a queen (6,3,9)

Antony and Cleopatra - 'antony(m)[-ale]' + 'a N' (knight, chess) + '(capture)d' (finally) + 'Cleopatra' (queen)
opposite male missing = ANTONY(m)
a knight = A N [chess notation]
finally captured = D
a queen = CLEOPATRA

Thanks. I had and Cleopatra parsed. Just!! missed antonym :-)
Thanks to swarbrules for asking and to LiK and Bbub for answering. I completed puzzle but could not parse clue (not the only debatable one, in my view: see 15d, 26d). Have to repeat a complaint I made last week. In the clue for 28a,30a the comma after male should not be there or should follow missing. If not why not comma after finally? IMHO.
