Shoogly is a Scottish word for 'wobbly' - I thought the 's' could removed ('front missing') but I can't find Hoogly (as a word) anywhere.
Coggles - Scots for shaky
Cog - tooth + (u)gly
Predictive text! COGGLY
Coggly seems perfect - Cog/tooth and Ugly, with the u/front removed.
