Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Has anybody else found any problems with Barebones crossword .If it is symmetrical ,why have I got a 13 down but not a 1down? Nothing else seems to fit either. Thanks for any help.

Pearl , I've only just started this but 1a is unclog and is placed at the second square across, so block out the squared in all 4 corners. You can block out a lot of squares by counting from the ones already given. Read the piece on the l/hand side of the grid. Hope this helps

8 d matches with 13 d both have 4 letters & likewise 9d & 17 d
8d = hart 13d= leap 9d = spud I can't get 17 d @ mo.
Has anyone done 18a it's 5 words so goes right across clue is another tiny matter not what climate change might produce.
