It must be Inner, (winner - w) But the bull on a dartboard is divided into the 'Inner Bull' and the 'Outer Bull'. A poor (wrong?) clue! Just outside 'The bull' would be 'Outer'.

inner
The bull is centre.
next is inner then magpie then outer is the large outer ring
That is how we score with rifle shooting at Bisley though we tend to use numbered rings these days.5 outwards to 3.
