Does Dean Mayer know what trouble he's causing?

Nearly done but stuck on 15A He will not be worried by Euro being spent elsewhere? (5-3-4). BELOW-THE-LINE fits, but how & why?

Also, 11A Hide mirror in shower? (5,4). It's PAPER OVER, but I can't see how he gets it.

I can see he will not be + E but as to why...
15a anagram 'he will not be + E(uro)'
15a.Anagram of he will not be & e.

thanks everyone, but how does "spent elsewhere" become BELOW THE LINE?
There was a anti-poverty drive in summer called Below the Line for people to live on a £1 a day.
Question Author
Got it! It's an accounting term! :-)
Question Author
Now just need to know how "mirror in shower" becomes "paper over"!
A below-the-line item in accounts is expenditure 'different' (spent elsewhere) from regular items - eg charitable donations, sponsorship - and is reported separately.

I'm not an accountant, but possibly 'below-the-line' means after tax has been deducted, ie the expenditure is not tax deductible.
the Daily Mirror is a paper, but over???
Question Author
Thanks, Bibblebub. Halfway there! Is that your dog & did you put that wig on him/her? :-)
To show = to prove, so a shower is a prover, and ape = mirror.
And have his/her teeth whitened??
no no no no no

kettledrum - where does 'ape' come from?

maybe 'shower' is intended to indicate something coming from above, thus the paper is over(head)

To ape someone's behaviour is to copy it, or mirror it.
yeah, that could well be it

p.s. the no's were about the dog
Question Author
I think you've got it, Kettledrum. Thank you. Finally I can get a life now. Thanks everyone. Till next week! :-)
Ah, Bibblebub! I thought you didn't like my suggestion.
Last one for me (copied most of them)
20d) Watery grave where one's lost (6)
?E?O?S
