Growing Spuds...when to pick please?

Several weeks ago I planted my chitted potatoes in a potato bag.

I positioned 3 on a depth of 15cm of soil and then the same again on top of that. then finished it all off with more soil.

The plants are a good 20-30cm high now and was wondering when to harvest the spuds please?

Any hints and tips on growing potatoes?

when they finish flowering and start to die down

They will get white flowers on top, then when the flowers die off you should have spuds hopefully!
