This crossword seems easier this week as I seem to have managed to do most of it no bother, BUT my four letter words are letting me down, I would appreciate any help so that I can finish this crossword and let me get on with the rest of this lovely sunny Sunday.
17A Area to lay egg on (4) I have ?B?T (Could this be ABUT and if so why)
28D Wet top of sycamore tree (4) ?O?K (Could this be CORK and if so why)
Help also required on
33A Crazy fellow's in fashion exhibiting sporting skill (11) ??T?M??SHIP (Nutsmanship- is there such a word?)
22D Roll up, in friendly surroundings, obviously (8) ?A?P???Y
and my last one 34D Put to rights a number in want (8) ??A?E?E?
Again, thank you for any help.
