-mou (meaning 'mine') suffixed to a name in Greek is a term of affection. I've not read CCM so can't be more specific in this instance.
In Greek, "kortsi" (with the tonic stress on the first "i", thus "korEEtsee", with short "i" throughout, like "feet" but shorter) means both "girl" and "virgin". "Mou" (which rhymes with "who") means "my" or "mine". Thus, "kortsi mou" means "my darling girl" or "my little girl" or "my sweet girl" (one has to add a gloss for the affectionate aspect of usage involving "mou" in Greek; thus, one does not usually translate "kortsi mou" as "my girl").
