I have got take the bull by the horns for no 38
someone said grab the baby by the toe but i must admit i have never heard that saying.
it's a child's rhyme used to pick out someone, usually the starter in tigs or hide-n-seek

Eeny, meeny, miney, mo
Grab the baby by the toe
If he screams, let him go
Eeny, meeny, miney, mo

Each child is pointed to as each word is spoken. The child who is pointed at when the rhyme has finished is "it".
