Hallo shero. I don't know whether this will help, but I've come across a couple of things that may be of interest. One is a very long list of heraldic mottoes, which, sadly, doesn't include yours.

The other is a request for the same information as you are seeking. Go to Google, enter "fey e fadalgia" in inverted commas, click Google Search. What you find may interest you, unless, of cxourse, you created it.

Good luck
Not that close, but the family name Fey comes from the Gaelic o fathaigh (a foundation). Is it possible the motto might have been miscopied at some point?

You would have to hunt through all the related languages - galician cornish etc

I'm having a guess at faith and loyalty or the second word may be related to hidalgo (nobleman) as f/h is interchangeable - so maybe faith and honour, something like that.
"Fey e Fadalgia" I THINK means faith out (of) loyalty, as "e" means out (of) in Latin, I believe as "Fey e Fadalgia" is on the Shelley coat of arms, and they spoke Old "Frankish" French-Breton, when they came to England in 1066, it is possible that the saying is a mixture of Latin, and old French.

Hope that helps!
