hey there abers.....just to say sorry to ask for your help but mostly you are all always v helpful!! I have quite a list of job applications i want to do but just cant get motivated. I am v depressed atm and going to see a counsellor next week and do find it really hard to constantly write lots of applications about myself when i feel so low.

Either prioritise: These are the two/three that I REALLY want, and just do them


or be SMART


Set a Simple, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic Target of say, two per day

also avoid alcohol and get up and showered dressed by 8am and don't come on here at all till u have achgieved at least three goals for applications, drink lots of water and eat lots of good healthy stuff, take vitamins.

yes yes you are right two a day is prob about right. Tho I may try and do three if have a hard working day just to catch up as have not done much in last three days not been in the mood. Tis stupid tho havin to put myself in the mood thanks dot will log off here after this (well will look at AB when have dont my target). Will go to shop later for some fruit etc.


dont drink much neway...tho am going out 2mora note but should hav done target by then and wont drink more than two pints.

I agree and just to say I find them very depressing too
