When rappers such as Eminem/Slim Shady say “Guess Who’s Back”, does that like mean they’re pretending to quiz the audience asking if they can figure out who’s back?

They're more or less saying "Look! It's me again"
^Yep, I'd go with that ...and add that they're someone that thinks they're gone and in demand.
Question Author
Googlewerenohelp how exactly does it suggest that they’re in demand?
If I could offer my view, seems to me they are expecting a warm welcome back - imagine their disappointment if the audience said "So what".

Agreed Mamyalynne.
Hi Evan, my answer was subjective ..personal Q (if ok) do you have Asperger's?
Question Author
Yes I do actually Googlewerenohelp I have that and also I am on the autism spectrum.
AH! Thought so ..so do I :-)
Question Author
Googlewerenohelp yeah luckily my college has an awesome social club for autistic students called The Loop so that’s been great for me and I grew up with supportive parents, teachers and aides and now professors and was just always intelligent so I have turned out well. :)
...I am middle aged and have had many years of "masking" and have, as a result quite a lot of experience of working out the thought processes of "neurotypicals" and us.
Question Author
Googlewerenohelp interesting. Has life been ok for you?
That's great, I am on an ASD Facegroup page which has been a great help, it is UK based though. I was also on a US based group but that one didn't work out for me.
Yes ...it gets better as you get older in my experience. All the things that used to bother you become ...meh!
Question Author
Good I am glad you are getting good support too.
Question Author
So true. I have in the last few years become better about not letting the little things bother me.
The whole thing is about working with who you are, not with any label or diagnosis.

You find your own level and way of coping, of course help is good too.
Sorry, there was a bit of posting overlap there.
Hi Mamya, I am also not into labelling but I've learnt that ASD and the old label formerly known as "Aspergers Syndrome" is a thing just as bopolar/manic depression is a thing in terms of identification of various character traits.
I don't buy into labels but when theories and patterns are presented and identified and some of them seem apply to me, I follow my own personal instincts and either accept or reject based on my own experiences.
Evan, if you don't mind me asking, what agegroup do you fall into (without revealing exact details)?
