My Mother taught me this song when I was a nipper. But I can only remember the last line. It is sung to the tune of the Grenadier Guards.

It scans as if it could be a line from Sing a Song of Sixpence.
I may have some earlier lines as taught to me by my mum when I was small.

There was a Scots Highlander who went to Waterloo,
The wind blew up his petticoat and showed his half past two.
His half past two was dirty, he took it to the queen
The queen gave him sixpence to have it washed clean.

It's a nonsense verse but it was also sung to the tune of The British Grenadiers.
