i'm going to abseil down the outside of the building, run like i'm flying in the wind to the canal, do a bit of canoing/wild swimming, and top it off by making a mud pie

Well, I had half a day flexi today so I left work just after 12pm, went to get a couple of birthday pressies and indulged myself in the M&S food area. I had a COU prawn dim sum with veg and noodles and a super berry smoothie. I need as much vitamins as possible as I've got a cold. Again!!
